I think the weight loss honey moon is over lol....I'm a bit disappointed cause the first ten percent came off so quickly and now it is a constant struggle...boo! anyway, I am wondering of anyone has had issues with weight loss stalling after starting after starting on the nuvaring bc?

I think what ever diet we do our bodies get used to it!
Mine does! I think a few things work (for me)
1. spicey sauce(on stir fry usng a low cal spray)(such as hot chilli sauce, cajun spice ,garlic and chilli spice)
2 porridge on morning
3painting my nails!

Thanks laney....lol funny thing, I have actually noticed that I typically seem to be able to restart my loss by eating spicy foods for a few days...I just don't like hot stuff lol. Well except for buffalo sauce ;)
