No noticable weight loss this morning but that's ok. I didnt eat or drink enough yesterday. I got home from work and we had to run back to town for a ball game and then we went to Wal-Mart. We got home a little after 8 and I was starved and too tired to cook. I had a can of vienna sausages and a slice whole wheat double fiber bread with peanut butter. It was good. I really like to eat that bread because it has 5 grams of fiber and it is delish toasted with peanut butter. It hasnt seemed to slow my weight loss down any either. I usually have one slice of whole wheat bread or one low carb tortilla a day. I figure I need it since I have such a hard time gaging down my veggies. :D Yesterday 209.8 Today 209.4

Amanda, Amanda, Amanda. When are you going to learn to take some food with you so you don't go so long without eating? lol. And, hello! What do you mean, no noticeable loss? You pretty much lost 1/2 a pound yesterday and that's with eating the bread. I think I gained 1/2 a pound just thinking about you enjoying one. By the way, are there any veggies that you like?

LOL Keli! I know .5 a pound is good but I was losing 1 - 3 pounds a day for the first few days that I got back on track. :D I like mashed potatoes, corn, rice... is rice a vegetable? .... oh wait, you want to know the low carb veggies I like? he he he I like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, black olives... thats about it. Oh! I like pickles. I like beans too, Pinto beans, lima beans, black eyed peas, purple hull peas. I get sick of green beans. I have them alot because they are quick and easy. I love broccoli & cauliflower steamed or boiled with a little butter & salt but I haven't made it in a long time... think I will tonight. The kids love it too. My step mom taught me a new way of preparing green beans that I LOVE! Fried Green Beans - that's how we roll in the south! Ha! You drain your can of green beans and get them really dry... I lay mine out on a paper towel and let them sit awhile. Then you put a little oil in a skillet (I prefer bacon grease - gives them a good flavor) and get your oil hot. Throw in the green beans and just stir em around for about 10 minutes or so. I let them cook till they start getting a little wilty looking. You have to stir almost continuously or they will burn but they tase so much better than just warmed up out of the can.
