Boy I didn't think I was going to lose any weight this week, I just kept staying the same or gaining a little. Yesterday I worked out sooo much, I was bound and determined to lose some weight. I Jazzercised for 15 minutes in the morning, then came home and did some more Jazzercise, then when I got up from my nap I went out for a walk with my son for 30 minutes, and then before I took my husband to work I danced/Jazzercised for probably another 30 minutes. I lost 2 Pounds yesterday so I know my hard work paid off.
