My first day today..
I am following my own diet.. Eating everything in moderation.. And small quantities every 2-3 hours.. And avoiding sugar rich food like cakes, cookies and other sweets..
I will try to follow the following plan -
i) Breakfast - Instant Oatmeal 7AM
ii) Mini Lunch 10AM
iii) Lunch 1PM
iv) Fruits 4PM
v) Protein shake after workout
I will have tea/coffee only once a day.
