I had some cravings today for candy. I'm trying not to eat any atkins bars or MIM's to see if I can jump start my weight loss again. I've been really grumpy lately today too...hoping my mood changes, it brings everyone down!

Hey Bigmamajojo!I had NO cravings until I started eating the bars. I have really cut them out this week and I can tell it has really helped with the cravings. Also I notice when I don't eat enough I get cravings so I try to eat at least every four hours. Hope this might help!

I agree with Karen--I try not to let myself get too hungry and in close to 4 months have not touched a bar, shake, sugar-free candy or anything. Just dont trust em!!! Hope you're feeling better soon!
