I think Plyometric Cardio circuit is one of the most intense workout in the whole insanity program. Really got my ass kicked today and the soreness is unbearable.

Drink lots of water...have a banana after your workout. If you can soak in Epsom salts it really helps. As you do the program it DOES get easier...just don't give up or you'll feel all the pain again. Just wait for Max interval circuit and Max Interval Ply.... yikes.
