I haven't been following any specific diet lately because I have tons of stuff going on in my life right now, and dieting is the last thing on my list. I have gone back on Atkins, since that is the only diet that has worked for me, but I can't stick to it fully because of financial restraints. I am doing the best I can, and I try to look at it as "At least I'm not GAINING any weight" lol. Everything will calm down again soon, and I will be able to get back on track.
