What a morning! We got 2.5 in of rain this morning. It really has been a good month for rain. We went from no rain to it rains almost every day. My one pound loss kept me on track for the dy yesterday and I am giving up 2 cups of coffee. Yesterday the coffee with splenda and creamer cost me 10 carbs. So I am cutting my daily coffee in half. I have big coffee mugs, so the servings are large and yesterday I had 4 mugs with creamer and splenda. It is a waste of carbs, but I have to have my morning coffee. I need to buy some real cream.
