This past month has been emotionally draining on me. I haven't had any motivation to do anything :( I was shocked that I had lost some weight! I have to admit that I did a lot of stress eating, just completely stuffing my face with anything I could find. I'm very disappointed in myself, but I know that I need to get back on track and not let the past get in the way of my future. Time to be positive and take action!
