I don't understand how I can eat healthy, walk daily, work out daily, drink water and still gain weight!!! Its become so frustrating, it has to stop. I will count every calorie that goes in my mouth and keep taking that number down until I see results!!

Hmm. If you're working out every day and building up your muscles, then your scale weight will increase, because muscle is denser than fat. So my advice, for what it's worth, is to go by what the tape measure says, not by what the scale says. Or even better, on the outside of your closet door, hang up a piece of clothing you really want to get into -- a pair of skinny pants, a slinky dress, a pair of short shorts, a skimpy swimsuit, your great-grandmother's wedding gown, whatever it is -- and try it on every week to measure your real progress. Hope this helps!

:) Thank you! Honestly it does feel like my clothes are fitting more loosely. Its just hard to see the scale go up. I will invest in a tape measure and just pretend the scale is "just a number"...after all, it is just a number! Thanks for the advise! :)
