My husband made cinnamon rolls tonight, I told him he had to eat them all. No way was I going to eat even a crumb. I looked at the calories on the can... I was like Holy Cow 380 calories YUCK... No way no way would I eat any of that.

I did good and ate Brown Rice and Boiled Teriyaki Chicken for dinner.

awesome!! I know how tempting it is! Today is my mom's birthday and I had 3 bites. THREE NORMAL size small fork bites of her chocolate bday cake. That is all I allowed myself. I started at 381 at the end of Dec. last year and had many of the physical problems you mentioned in your previous post. I've lost 80 lbs and am on my way to "Healthy". My ultimate goal is 180....

Congratulations - that is something I needed to see. It is possible to turn down cinnamon rolls. One of the reasons I stay away from malls is Cinnabon. . .
