Been good this week- so quite pleased
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2007 kcal Fat: 47.61g | Prot: 80.34g | Carb: 305.70g.   Breakfast:  Plums, Tesco Swiss Style Muesli,  Bread (Home Recipe or Bakery),  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), EasiYo Greek & Coconut Bits Yogurt,  Margarine-Like Spread (40% Fat), Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch:  Egg, Tesco Fusilli,  Cucumber (with Peel),  Cherry Tomatoes,  Mayonnaise (Low Calorie). Dinner: Greek Yoghurt, Self Raising Flour, Schwartz Slow Cooker Chicken Curry,  White Rice, Rapeseed Oil, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Snacks/Other:  Clementines,  Bananas, Harvest Morn Rice Cakes with Milk Chocolate Coating, Lidl Sirius Muesli Barre de Céréale au Chocolat au Lait et Préparation A la Banane. more...
