Well today has been such a "GOOD MOOD" Day, Everything went right. At the moment Im so fucus its a bit scary, Im becoming a bit of a bore as Im being totally on plan, Im beginging to find that I get full so much faster these days, I know thats partly because Im chewing my food and not GULPING it, as if someone was going to snatch it away, Also Im not letting myself get hungry, Today at college I had, had my sandwich at breaktime, but It got very cold, and we had another unexpected small break, we have only the canteen to go too, so I had a Porridge Pot, (just add water) I was so full after it, it really filled the spot for me, I also took 4 bottles of water with me and sipped them all day. Any other day I would have grabbed something sweet.
I went shopping tonight, bought new lunch boxes, and bought a few W.W. food things for tomorrows lunch. we have a 2 hour break between classes, 2 of us planning a walk, I have go back to grant office anyway, so thats a good stretch, and planning to do the back stairs of college if its raining instead. (well thats my plan anyway)
Just tomorrow to get through till Im on Hol. Remember I told my brother to join weight watchers last week, he got such a shock when he found out he was 18 st 2 lb, well he's on ahigh, he lost 13 lb in a week, the best he'd ever done, He is checking in on the site but not up to joining yet, but will work on him.
