Ugh, I think my huge gain is a combination of poorly following my healthy eating when I got home mixed with water retention from that time of the month. Curse being a girl!
Once I got back to my apartment, I was better about following my eating plan again. Although I need to stop taking bites from the candy dish in our living room. It's bad!
