21 x 5 for protein - that's my goal now. 21grams protein 5 times per day.

And....religiously recording food for 21 days straight. Today is day 1.

Made the protein, but over-did on the carbs. Today will do better.

Woo-hoo! I noticed the chocolate ... I have some favorites to share, if you're interested ... low carb 'dent', and still gives you the chocolate fix. :)

Martha - ya, sure!! It's my 3pm snack & they have candy in the office. Going to try to replace with fruit. : - )
