Been feeling under the weather the past three days... muscle and joint pain really getting to me. Got meds today and hopefully will be feeling better in a day or two. I did however push to do mild exerciser this morning, trying the 30 day abs / arms and legs challenge. Hopefully I can push past 75 kg this week!!!
