I had lost a bunch of weight in 2011, maintained through 2012, and gained back about 35 pounds since the beginning of 2013. I have been having a lot of problems in my personal life, and eating to numb the emotional pain. In the last couple of months, I've been a lot less physically active.
It's time to stop the insanity and start taking care of myself.
