I continue to see results by focusing on doing what I eat and exercise. I am learning how to also manage pressure from my husband to eat out all of the time. He loves to eat and eats way too much food! Believe it or not, my healthier eating has caused some tension in our house. One good thing is that my husband is starting to walk with me when I exercise, even though he will turn around and eat chips and cookies. The main thing is I am really focused on this healthier lifestyle and I know that I can do this.
