Today has been SUCH a bad day eating wise.. I got up late and it just started the whole day off on a downward spiral. Hopefully tomorrow is better - otherwise I'll start to get frustrated with myself and potentially want to give up.

Fingers crossed it's better tomorrow. :)

Today was just a bad day, tomorrow will be fine, just get food organised, Wish you luck foe tomorrow and dont give up. We are all here to support and even gently push you along xx

I had the same kind of day yesterday... ugh, NO FUN AT ALL ! BUT -- made it better by grabbing a HUGE glass of water, and made a mental note to give it up... Don't beat yourself up over it... forgive yourself, and move on to better eating and thoughts. ;) I pounded the HECK out of the elliptical machine today at the Y as penance... LOL ! But really, try to move past the "bad" eating/thoughts and make the rest of the evening better -- tomorrow is another day to start over. ;) *PEACE* and a ((((HUG))) for you too ! All the best ! :) PS ~ A great snack choice is Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Pretzel sticks. They are YUMMY and are like just a point or two on WW for a serving of 14 or something.

Aw, just put today behind you... tomorrow is a new day, so don't let today get to you. We all have "bad" days and it's honestly ok to slip off the rails once in while. So long as we try keep up the healthier eating most of the time, the odd slip here and there doesn't do any major harm. Wishing the very best for tomorrow though. ;o)
