Yesterday was Sunday. We ate out for Breakfast at J Christopher's. Restaurant did not have a nutritional list of the breakfast items. I had a "Goddess Omelet", which is made with Egg Whites. It is difficult to record foods eaten when eating out. I did my best but I am sure the sodium content was really high. Oh well.

Lunch - had a frozen meal because it was easiest. Other choices were not so good...Pizza or Sloppy Joe's. Opted for the Lean Cuisine for lunch and had Sloppy Joe's with light bun for Dinner.

Was a busy day with watching Grands but overall stayed below on Carbs & Sodium.

Will do better today.
