IM DOING REAL GOOD SO FAR. THE DAY I STARTED I WAS AT THE GYM ABOUT 2 HOURS. I HAVENT FIGURED OUT HOW TO INPUT MY STUFF ON THE CALENDER YET BUT IM DEFINATLEY DOING THE WORK. THE DAY AFTER I WENT TO THE GYM AND WORKED ABOUT FOR 2 HOURS. YESTERDAY I WORKED ALL DAY SO I WAS ON MY FEET WALKING AROUND FOR ATLEAST 5 HOURS I GOT OFF LATE SO GOT UP EARLY THIS MORNING AND RAN AROUND MY NAIGHBORHOOD IM HEADED TO WORK NOW BUT AFTER ILL B AT THE GYM IM PROUD OF MYSELF BECAUSE IM ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK. IV CUT BACK ON THE PROTIONS OF FOOD THAT I EAT BUT HAVENT ACTUALLY STARTED MY DIET. BUT I ALREADY FEEL THE DIFFERENCE I DOUGHT THAT IV LOST WEIGHT IM WAITING TO THE END OF THE WEEK TO WEIGH IN BUT MY SHORTS ARE A LITTLE LOOSER SO I NO IV LOST SUM INCHES YYYYYYYEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAA!@!!!!! GOT TO KEEP IT UP. IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO SUM EXCERCISES THAT I CAN DO AROUND THE HOUSE PLEASE LET ME NO.

You are so right to cut back portions at first, I think that is sensible way esp if you have been eating big portions. The calender is a great thing. I love it. EXERCISE at home. def the exercise ball, I have 1, got it when my leg got sore, even as I sit I keep my legs moving by rolling it back and forth. I never include it in exercise,Also. Since I started Im not being that good bout exercise, but Ive cleared cupboards,wardropes etc, Plenty stretching there.

I do a cardio kickboxing workout at home, i'll add about an extra 20-30 mins of old school scissor crunches, push ups, tricep dips and squats to the cardio w/ my favorite music. Its done me justice...lol. Good for u though ur doing great keep up the good work.
