I'm so glad I keep track of what I eat now. Today was Nathan's birthday party at McDonalds and I didn't have time to think about what I was eating so I just got a *gasp* big Mac meal! I know... I know... Horrible! So we were on the go all day and stopped at Burger King for dinner. OF COURSE! So I pulled up this app and while I wasThe drive through I quickly pulled up the app and picked something good! Yay me! Knowing also that my buddies on here might see my big Mac and say, "what were you thinking!?!??" lol
257.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well don't beat yourself up too much. Since we had that CCW class yesterday I was able to eat my normal breakfast but for lunch I had a small ceasar salad and didn't even eat it all with a little dressing but I was able to get in after we were done a small chicken breast which I know doesn't sound too bad but I am supposed to be eating my proteins and wendys didn't have much to offer which I was upset but what can you do. Today back on track. Plus it didn't help my nerves were up with the class and having to shot a gun vie never shot before. Lol. But keep up the good work girl we all are doing tis together
