I visited a low carb forum today and found 2 new recipes that I tried tonight. I must say they have to be my new favs! Chicken nuggets with parmasean cheese for the crust and pumpkin pie muffins. I also tried zuchinni fries but didn't like them. Not a big fan of zuchinni but I wanted to give it a try. My kids loved the nuggets and they are big carb lovers. The pumpkin pie muffins were an added PLUS. Much like having a dessert.
