I have not written in my food journal for 2 days. Thurs. I was at a get together with friends and ate some bread (a no-no on phase 1 of south beach) I did not over do it. The best thing is that I came home and did not resort to my old attitude that since I ate something I shouldn't that I can eat everything in sight. I just continued eating what I normally do. I feel good that I just kept on going and the scale rewarded me by not going up!!!
