Well, my bulk has not really been a bulk. I obviously need to consistently eat more, which I think is a psychological barrier for me. Still right around 150. My lifts are getting better each time and I'm definitely progressing in terms of strength and aesthetics. Hopefully after vacation I'll be able to push myself and make some weight gains.
