Weight 1.2 lbs < yesterday, Body Fat % 0.3 % > yesterday. I'm surprised weight is down because my exercise yesterday consisted of changing TV channels with the remote. lol.. I was pretty sore from dumbbell workout the day before, but you shouldn't exercise the same muscle groups two consecutive days. BUT.. I could have did something else. I guess I should sue myself.. lol..
188.2 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
