Hey...you took the first step, and you can make the rest. This is a great site. The food tracking option is awesome..it makes you see exactly what you are putting in your mouth..Bring it up on your computer first thing in the morning and keep it minimized all day, so you can refer to it as often as you can, to record and review.
It has helped me a ton.

Welcome. We are all here for you. Just make sure you write everything down, if you want in private, I think the food diary brilliant, sometimes you think what you are eating is low in Points/Calories, Im on the site over two weeks today is the first time I really exercised, and the encouragement Im after getting from every1 is brilliant, so when you feel its hard or you have over-eaten just come on line, Remember ALL of us here are or have been where you are now, The Start Of The Journey To Losing Our Weight,
