Yay, up to 2 3/4 miles yesterday, jogging the whole time. I only have limited time, about 1/2 hour, so I have to pick up speed to fit more mileage in. I should be able to do more, but it has been a while, so I will be OK with that. I know that running should be my stress reliever, but it seems that the whole time I am running, I am going over and over in my head the very things that cause me the stress. Can't get away from it. I think I will borrow my sons MP3 player to tune out the hubby arguments that are constantly buzzing in my mind. No weight loss today, though. Bummer.
