Well here I am at the end of another day....didn't do to bad...didn't do as well as I wanted to do. Learning more as I go that I don't know anything about nutrition. But I am learning:

I sit at a table,
I sit on the couch,
My diet is unstable,
it makes me a grouch,

good carbs, bad carbs,
I crave them all,
if I don't see them,
My diet won't stall!

Just a little bit of wisdom, cause I can't spare much!
