Something has got to be in the air. LOL! I have gotten onto two discussions today that have been very contentious, and now I find myself being contentious too. How funny and how sad. I got my car fixed. They quoted a price of $289 and it turned out to be $360. I certainly don't have that kind of money, so I have to borrow it from my son. There goes Christmas and any treats I might have tried to get myself for goals met. Oh well. The best laid plans . . .

Oh, Johanne, I know exactly what you are talking about. Last month we had the same type of problem. The septic, the cars, the fridge, the washer, the microwave...the list goes on and on. My car is in the shop right now getting new door handles put on, so that we can open the doors from the outside and thus roll up the windows, before the bad weather sets in. I am so sorry that you are having such a bad day, but this too shall pass. I was on one of those discussions and I, too, found myself being a bit contentious, but sometimes you just finally have to stand up and say, "Hey, quit knocking what I am doing. I am doing the best that I can, and I am sorry that you don't approve, but in the grand scheme of things, your opinion really doesn't matter all that much to me, anyway!" When people are so nasty it puts me in a bad mood, and I come off short! There is no call for that on this site! Hope the rest of your day is better!!
