DOWN 5LB
Broken Scales it took me 2 hrs today to find a working scales, It was ubbelievable, every scales in Cork was out of order, Very annoying, The only scales I found was in a large pharmacy and it was a stupid 1. just weight shown and no record receipt. Happy with loss, normally when Im this good about food,and I have never been so honest or good Im down 7lb but while I was first disappointed, I had lovely food all week, it was not like a diet, and I feel that it is WEIGHT that I loss not water,
The Last Weigh In The last weigh in I was shocked at my weight, I was heavier than I had thought (its all explained more in my journal of last Thurs) so getting happier about loss as day goes on,
My Special Dinner Well I had my Mackeral, grated carrot and boiled frozen veg, I could not finish it, And I had my Glass Wine, a pub measure kind, Im going to stay focus, and I have to increase my exercise, Im doing 500% times as much as I've done since I've become Ill in June, Floors have never being wahed and scrubbed properly so often, b ut Im doing no strenght or toning exercise, but nervous in case I hurt my leg before going away,
WEATHER IS GLORIOUS, The weather is fab, I sat out for hours, before my terk to find a weighing scales, Getting a nice colour and my face, which was very pale from not been out, is now starting to get healthy looking
