I need to get back on track. I have decided to test my boundries and went way overboard. I had RNY weight loss surgery on March 29, 2010 and have lost 75 lbs so far. I still think I have a long way to go but at times I feel like I am doing so good and just want to stop. I know if I do that I might fall back into my old bad habbits and that is not a good thing. My goals are to be 140 by the first of the year. I would love to be 127 by March 29,2011 that would put me down by 90 lbs in a year. Lets keep our fingers crossed :)
