I have stalled out...I have not lost a darn ouce since forever. I am very happy with the fact that I have lost 75 lbs but I cant seem to go past this point. I am still loosing sizes and have dropped down to a size 8 but the scale is not changing. So frustrating. I thought maybe I needed to eat more and that would jump start the loss again..nope that is not working. At least the pounds are not going up because I increased the cals. Another day of frustation.
