Food goal saturday: decaf! usu but smaller cereal w more flax seed; fish, collard-beet greens lunch; nectarine, coffee smoothie dinner. Kids can have waffles for bfast, ham sandwich and cottage cheese for lunch, cereal for dinner, fruit, cheese sticks, crunchels for snacks; smoothie for dessert w me.
