Today I was mortified when I saw my friend for the first time in six weeks. Angela lost 2 stone in 5 months for her wedding. She looked beautiful on her big day.
But, today she had put it all back on in just over 6 weeks. She didn't over eat while on honeymoon but ate normal healthy foods, they stayed in a 5 star hotel. She said she was desperate to lose weight for her wedding so ate less and less. It goes to show if you want to lose weight, don't take any short cuts or starve yourself. Coz you'll only put it all on again. Now I'm worried. I always thought, if Angie can do it, so can I.
