Shakeology ....hmm...I think it would be wonderful if you could do the workouts they suggest. Insanity, Hip Hop Abs., etc. I just can't do it. Walking and recumbent bike is about all I can endure. That may be an excuse but I've tried to change it up and it's just not happening. I think I feel better, internally, but the scales didn't move! Can't afford another month...$150...ugh.
