Anyone else here have an addiction to nuts? Any kind, almonds, peanuts, wanuts, etc. I can go through a jar of peanut butter a day. That is where all my calories and fats are coming from. If if it weren't for that horrible habit, my weight would come off much quicker.

It seems like your weight is coming off quickly enough. Don't worry about it. Try to cut back, find other options, but if you're not stalling for weeks at a time then it isn't a problem.

I usually reserve nuts to when I'm traveling and need convenience foods. But I really do love them. I try to stick with the lower carb ones, like macadamia and almonds. I especially love those smoked almonds. YUMMY!!
