Not sure what's going on... I guess I really need to increase my physical activity in order to start dropping the weight again. I thought I was eating reasonably well, but I guess I need to monitor my comsumption more closely. Tuddy made me a bowl of chili the other night, i didn't have much, but there were a lot of chick peas there. I think the legumes really threw off my digestion because I've been having abdominal pains and regularity issues. That may be a factor, and probably the high sodium consumption isn't helping... I've got to be more careful with only 2 months to go until the big day!
131.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
