This week I am preparing for a major change in lifestyle. I bought more fresh vegetables this week and have researched menu plans to get started. Today (Wed. 7/17/2013) is the first day of my new WOE.
I'm excited to see the weight come off and to have more energy as I progress towards a primarily vegetarian diet. Over the next two weeks I will add working out to my plan so that I'm not taking everything on all at once. My goal is to lose 85 lbs.
