I don't even want to update the weigh-in right now. Due to last week, it was awful. I didn't workout at all today, except doing some bum-clenches, and minor house cleaning. I rough housed with Owen.. does that count?

I ate alot of crap today.. nothing green either.

I have GOT to get my butt in gear. Especially for my challenges. I hate to say it, but my weight right now is SOO up from last week. It's amazing how fast sugar and bad fats can damage good work. I'm just hoping that even though I've eaten crappy the past week, I'm going to be able to get motivated to go walking tomorrow. I just LOVE that it's cooler in the mornings, so I've just gotta do it.. Just quit complaining about it, and do the damn thing.

Oh, and I've noticed if I'm not food journaling like I should be, that my accountability goes right out the window. Tomorrow, I will write everything down... AND workout. I just lost connection with my stupid modem being out of commission until tomorrow. (Which made me miss my first exam in one of my classes..TOTALLY NOT COOL!!!) So, I'm here... at the public library.. doing some professor-emailing, and lectures, and updates.

Here we go. Tomorrow is a new day! I seem to do better on Wednesdays or Thursdays as a beginning (or start-over..).

Question.. should I just start phase 1 over again for one week, since I messed up completely last week? Like a detox?

You might want to. If you had a lot of refined carbs and sugars for a week your body might have gotten used to them again. Besides it might give your weight loss a kick in the butt which might in turn help to re-motivate you!

Could you do a day Detox? I dont know a thing about S,B. Diet but a detox starts yr body fighting and rough housing does cound, as it uses all yr body and laughter increases yr life span, It releases some good hormone, Mayb some1 else out there knows more/ You will be ok, you've had yr scare and eye-opener and its all positive from now on

Personally, if you've really messed up, I'd recommend a week of phase 1. Everyone will prolly have a different opinion, ... maybe a few days will do it for you. Head up, chin high, dust off, one bite at a time!!

Green green green. Go green for a day. Make a rule that you can't eat anything that isn't green. It will clear you right out. I agree with Bully on the phase I thing. It's a good way to detox and you'll be surprised how the loss of progress fixes itself right up. You've caught it early. You can do it! Great goals for one day, take it one day at a time!

I think phase one for at least a couple days is a good idea. It will help get rid of those cravings.
