Don't give up. It's only failure if you stop trying. Maybe you need to follow a different nutrition plan? Different plans work for different people.

Nope... you're not giving up girl!!!! I won't let you. ;o) Hunger is most definitely the worst enemy to conquer... but perhaps try and pad your meals out with more veggies. Not only are most zero points, but they help fill you up too, so can be good to help starve off those hunger pangs. That little gain is most likely the result of yesterdays high cals and carbs -- but don't let that deter you... just get back on track and you'll be down again before you know it. ;o) Remember, you've only just started doing this and it is hard to start with, so don't be too hard on yourself... but honestly, keep tracking and the rewards are priceless. Today is another new day and you are doing great by the looks of things... so just keep it up. :o)

Dont give up, We are all here anytime night and day, just shout HELP. Maybe 100 calories snacks not filling enough, could you have at least 2 250 snacks, hot porridge (made with water) early or late at night, Salad sandwich, or toasted wafer ham/chicken/turkey with onion, tomatoe,1 tsp Salsa/relish(I never use butter) and a nice green salad, the free point veg soup, and 1 slice of bread, you know what I mean, make sugar free jellies, or make it up like a moouse, by beating thru the lowest point yogurt you can find. Keep it up you will get there HUGS

Im the same here none of mine have to diet but they eat sweets rarely, and they walk everywhere, I do too when my leg was ok, so it amazed me how much weight I put on due mainly not walking, Hand on Heart I did not do the pig, the months I was laid up, so if you can even put a extra walk in2 yr week, You keep going and record yr weight even if its a up weight,
