I have lost 3st 8lbs in a year this Friday through WW. I love it. I enjoy having the control as well as eating whatever I want. Also love the more exercise the extra pp u can get which motivates u to do the exercise as well as eat healthier.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
