had a raucus weekend -- second annual murder mystery night was laden with carbs. I ate aroind them as much as I could but it was hard to resist the champagne and the doritos... still, ot hasn't been so bad overall, I'm back on the waggon after a short blip and with only a couplw of pounds to go until I reach my next checkpoint
