I am always on the hunt for spicy snacks. Not sure why but I crave it. I associate spicy with healthy, as it promotes good blood flow.

Actually..to my knowledge no dairy issues thank God. Iove my whipping cream in coffee, eggs, smoothies etc.

I am trying to change my eating for what I crave (breads, chocolates, cheese) into healthier low-calorie low-sodium low-carb foods. Since I love spicy, sour and bitter tastes, I am sticking to veggies and drinks that have these taste qualities. Oh, and eating LOTS of protein foods like beans/nuts/oats/yogurt/fish with no sugar added to anything.
