I have decided that the 11-day thing isn't for me because it's more of a quick fix rather than a long term solution and have since decided to do weight watchers. I decided that I want to feel attractive in my own body and if that means losing weight and watching what I eat, then I will do it. I bought a cook book called Hungry-Girl and it has weight watchers points values for every single thing in there. :)
Fingers crossed that this will give me the positive self esteem that I have been looking for. :)
