Ive lost a total of 43 lbs on this diet in less than 4 months. I lost about 25 in the first month. But im noticing its becoming increasingly more difficult to lose weight on this diet. I love this diet but im thinking maybe I need to try something else in order to get to my weight goal. I started at 170 lbs and I am currently going up and down between 127-132 lbs. I am currently 129 today. My goal is to be down to 120 by august 1st. But my overall weight goal is 105 lbs by the end of this year.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
