Hello. I'm back again. This is a bad habit. lol. But after watching family of friends use a program I'm finally dedicating myself to it as well.
I've joined HMR. I've seen this program work for others. I hope it does the same for me. Day 1 was rough but now that I did the calculations I feel motivated. I consumed a lot and only took in 1400 calories.
