Feeling really tired and like I'm coming down with a stinkin' cold. Kind of sucks. I did take a nap just a little bit ago and am bummed that Sunday is almost over with. lol Wishin' for a longer weekend.
Hope Monday is better. This week I start phase 1 and my new exercise 'routine'.

What a lousy thing having a cold is. And to be starting phase 1 to boot. Well, maybe with a stuffy nose it won't be so bad since you won't be able to taste anything anyway :S Get better soon!

Maybe phase one will agree with you and will you feel better?? I wouldnt push the exercise till you feel better though, my doc got on me about doing that, said your body needs rest when its sick...listen to your body! First you have got to start feeling better before you start those exercises though! I know you're starting phase one this week and I really am excited for you. I can't begin to tell you how much good it did for me and hubby (who WAS diabetic..so maybe thats a lot like being insulin resistant? I think insulin resistant is a pre-diabetic condition if you don't get in under control??? isn't that right?). I'm going to bet that you will feel better and start losing weight better! Sure we have problems, I have them too, but there's nothing wrong with losing weight slowly is there! It sure is better than gaining it. I also think you might be surprised how much you shrink even when the scale doesn't move down when you stick to the plan. You can do this and you will feel so much better! Hope you feel better real soon.
