Enough of this not riding during the week business. The weather is supposed to be great this week, so I'll bring my bike to work and ride it during lunch. Not sure if I'll have time for a shower after, so I'll put a note outside my office door that I've been working out and to enter at your own risk. No afternoon meetings scheduled yet for this week so that shouldn't be a problem.
My cold is still reasonably mild. I might hack up half a lung during the ride, but that leaves 1.5 lungs to get me through the rest of the day.

Would have done ok yesterday but ate an extra 300 calories finishing up what the kids didn't eat at lunch. Should have just figured that would have been the case and skipped making a lunch for myself.

Riding to work I think is the only thing that keeps me level headed. Luckily I don't work with the public all that much and the temps have been low enough to prevent uber perspiration. I always bring a fresh hand towel and washcloth with me each week, sometimes I feel just washing my face a reapplying deodorant really makes a difference and prevents me from feeling to dirty through the day. I also make sure I have a full change of clothes.

I decided to run over to the Y and change there and take a show after the ride. I have a membership there so I might as well use it. I work in an office building so I'd rather not parade though it in my cycling gear and with my bike. It wastes a lot of time even though the Y is only a few blocks away, but my hours are flexible, so I'm thinking that's going to be the way to go. It's only for a few more weeks anyway since I'm sure this awesome weather we're having can't last.
