Since Fatsecret doesn't give WW points anymore, I've decided to try to apply the good eating rules from WW but count calories instead of points. I found a calorie calculator that tells me in order to lose 27lbs in 3 mos(approx 2lbs a week as inWW) I can have 1117 calories a day for this first week. So that is my goal for week one! 1117 calories along with WW rules for water and good food choices. Let's see how it goes. Oh yea, I'm also going to exercise at least 3 times this week, hopefully more!
